Onboarding Clients in 24 Hours
A repeatable intake playbook that moves prospects from curious to ready-to-build in one day.
Great delivery starts with great intake. Here’s how we compress client onboarding into a single day without losing quality.
The four artifacts
- Intent doc — goals, audience, and primary CTA in 10 questions.
- Offer clarity — three paths only: Launch, Improve, or Maintain.
- Asset drop — logo, palette, copy bank, testimonials, product shots.
- Success criteria — one metric we will move (demos, trials, or calls).
What happens in 24 hours
- Hour 1–4: Client completes the intent doc and uploads assets.
- Hour 5–6: We turn goals into a project brief and confirm scope.
- Hour 7–24: Backlog is created with atomic tasks and owners; a read-only dashboard goes live.
Communication rules
- Async-first: loom updates and written feedback over meetings.
- Two windows for questions: 10am and 4pm local time.
- Changes outside scope become add-ons, not surprises.
Onboarding that is fast, predictable, and respectful of everyone’s time sets the tone for the entire engagement.
